Joshua’s love for aircraft began at a young age when he attended air shows in Houston. His passion led him to study Aerospace Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington, but he realized flying was his true passion.

“I didn’t want to design planes, I wanted to fly them,” stated Joshua.

He flew for Mesa Airlines after receiving his licenses and ratings, which led him to the Aviate program. He transitioned to United, where he’s been flying ever since, and continues to live his dream of operating in the flight deck.
